No. Creators must provide maximum information on what you are buying (description, media, demo, etc.).

No, your purchases are lifetime, but the version can be modified by the seller.
Do you offer any guarantees or assurances on the quality of digital products?
We ensure that products meet our minimum quality threshold.
Are there any restrictions on how I can use purchased digital products?
The only restriction is reselling, but you can use, modify, and edit downloaded products, even for commercial uses.
Are there any discounts or promotions available for purchasing multiple products?
There are no discounts based on volume.
How do I access customer support if I encounter issues with a purchased product?
Each seller can be reached using their public profile, where you'll find a contact email address.
Are there any reviews or ratings available for digital products?
Yes, you can leave a review for any product that you purchase.
Are there any geographical restrictions on purchasing digital products?
No, you can buy all products anywhere in the world. However, the payment will be in euros, and you may incur currency exchange fees if you use a currency other than euros.
Can I filter search results based on specific criteria such as price or category?
Yes, you can on the search results page.
How do I know if a seller is reputable or trustworthy?
You can visit their public profile, where some statistics are displayed, such as average reviews.
Can I purchase digital products on a subscription or recurring basis?
No, all purchases are upfront, and there are no recurring payments.
How are updates or revisions to purchased digital products handled?
Yes, sellers can publish a new version for a product anytime.
Can I access my purchased digital products across multiple devices?
Yes, as long as your device has a web browser, you can access your downloads, even on a mobile device.
Is there a way to track the delivery status of digital products?
Your purchases are immediately available after payment.
Can I request customizations or modifications to digital products before purchasing?
You can reach out to the product's seller to request a modification, but they are not obligated to satisfy your request.
Can I contact sellers directly with questions before making a purchase?
Yes, you can contact sellers through their public profile.
How do I unsubscribe from email notifications or newsletters about digital products?
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link available at the bottom of the received email. Note that other emails from Digixtia, such as notifications, do not have this unsubscribe link.

What type of digital products are allowed to be sold on your platform?
You can sell everything that can be downloaded, provided that you respect our general conditions.
What percentage of the sale price do you take as a commission?
Sellers without a PRO subscription get 70% of the selling price. PRO subscribers get 90%.
How do I handle refunds or returns for digital products?
As long as your product respects our general conditions, customers can't ask for refunds on Digixtia.
Do you provide analytics or insights on sales performance?
We provide basic statistics for your products. We are always improving this aspect.
How do I handle customer inquiries or support for my products?
Customers can contact you through your public profile.
Can I sell digital products that are part of a subscription or membership model?
No. You can only sell products that can be downloaded immediately. No membership or subscription model.
What payment methods are supported for receiving payouts?
We are using Stripe to handle payouts. You will need to submit a payment method to Stripe to claim your money. (See Creator zone > Payouts)
Do you offer any marketing or promotion services for sellers?
Not for now. We are working on the possibility to push products and increase visibility.
Are there any geographical restrictions on who can sell on your platform?
Most countries are eligible. To know if it is your case, please complete your onboarding on your creator zone's dashboard.
How do I protect my digital products from piracy or unauthorized distribution?
By selling your product, you accept that users can use or modify your product. But Digixtia's license prohibits buyers from reselling your products.
Can I integrate my own analytics or tracking codes into the platform?
Not yet, but we are working on it.
Are there any upfront fees or costs for selling on your marketplace?
No, there are no upfront fees or costs. You can start selling your products for free.
How often are payouts processed for sellers?
You can trigger a payout anytime you want in the creator zone. You can even configure an automatic payout every X days if you want to.
Can I sell digital products that contain third-party content or assets?
You must possess all commercial rights for the products that you want to sell.
What kind of support do you offer to sellers for technical issues or platform-related questions?

Once you have signed up, you can start selling your products using the creator zone.
Are there any restrictions on file size or format for digital products?
The only limit is the file size limit: 1 gigabyte (GB).
How do I set the price for my digital products?
You can set the price of your products in the creator zone.
Can I offer discounts or promotions on my products?
Not for now, but it's definitely on our roadmap.
Is there a limit to the number of products I can list on your platform?
No, you can upload as many products as you want.
Do you provide analytics or insights on sales performance?
We provide basic statistics for your products. We are always improving this aspect.
Are there any specific requirements for product descriptions or images?
No specific requirements. But Digixtia can refuse a product if its quality is not good enough, and keep in mind that quality products always make more sales.
Is there a review process for new product listings?
Yes, new products are submitted to Digixtia's staff for review before publishing.
How do I manage updates or revisions to my digital products?
For every product you are selling, you can create a new version of that product at any moment in your creator zone.
